Mislead to taking a membership, rude staff members and false advertising

Thobeka and Mzi Sibanda from planet fitness in Newton were very misleading when recruiting us into taking a membership, the staff members are rude when we do follow up on the rewards promised after recruitment which as a result is false advertising.
