Mislead and Sold a false contract

Falsely sold a contract. Agent specifically said 12 Month contract,never stated that if the R799 fee is not paid in two months that the contract would default to a 24 month contract,he only stated that i would pay R499. Absolutely shocking as i am looking to cancel and refuse to pay R2500 + in cancellation fees. Agent who signed me up is no longer working there.

Shocking. Looking to report them to the consumer counsel or the Ombudsman.
