Misconduct from Planet fitness

I purchased two prepaid 24 month contract from planet fitness, for me and my wife. After 12months they charged me an increase for the next 12 months, but i already prepaid for that 12months. When the 24 months came to an end i called them to find out about cancelling the contract one month before it ends otherwise you have to pay full price for the month's comming. It does not expire automatically. They said i must call in december to do the cancellation. In January february and march they charged me and said there was still three months left on our contracts. And i did an early cancellation, but my wifes contract kept on going, even though she received a message that is has cancelled. They supposed to refund me for those 3 months each and the increase amounts for the last 12 months. After calling them 5 times trying to get this sorted out, I only get a mail back that request for refund has been declined by Management.
