Mis-selling of contract

I signed a contract with a consultant by the name of Leon at the Cavendish Branch, and He basically mis-sold this contract. He advised they are running a promotion of a 36 months contract for R999 and this contract allows me to have a buddy for this amount and I will start paying at the end of August, which I agreed to as he even said I can go half and half with a friend.

When I went to collect my tag, I asked to get two tags for me and my buddy. He was called and he still said to me I will get my tag now and I should come back with my buddy to get the tag for her but that the gym is not operational yet. I went there with my buddy to get a tag for her, and He told me that I would need to pay more money to get a tag for her and that I must come to the gym with her all the time when I come.

When I wanted to cancel the contract as he mis sold it to me, He said he cant do that, I need to contact the Call Centre, and that Call Centre never answers the phone, if they do they drop it. I have sent an email to the General Manager at the Cavendish Branch and have not received any response, instead money was deducted from my bank account for this membership.
