I am disgusted by their service. I am currently pregnant and have a high risk pregnancy. I called them to cancel my membership as I wont be able to use it. I opt for a 4 month notice period. In turn, the gym decides to deduct R2600 from my account without my knowledge or consent. I need my money reimbursed as a matter of urgency. I need that money for my graduation in a week!!! Your unwillingness to fix your mess is what ****es me off even more
