Membership Settlement

Good Day,

I logged a query with Planet Fitness last week to cancel my membership. I was advised on the fee to pay since my membership has months remaining. I paid the settlement fee and emailed proof of payment to ********** I have not heard any feedback since then. I called Planet Fitness numerous times and I was told that my query will be attended to soon, still no attention.

I then received automated email from Planet Fitness saying my query has been closed. Why closed if I'm still in limbo? Please advise on what is required from me to settle this matter.
