QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

I have written several emails to Planet Fitness to no avail the staff is so *********** and blaring dodge there have flatly avoided questions from me and my partner regarding our concerns about number one removing my partner's banking details as the legal liable person for payments to Planet Fitness, we were assured by the management of Planet Fitness at the time of joining the gym,since j don't have local south African banking accounts, there assured us to use my partner's banking, there went into great pains to convince us at the time of joining the gym. Now those assurances have long evaporated with time ,we are seeking justice from them .Secondly I served cancellation notice to the gym roughly on the 14 or 15 January 2019,I only received an email of cancellation on the 28 January 2019 delayed and playing delay tactics in order to pressure me from paying an accumulating amount,therefore I questioned all this ,I am not receiving an appropriate answers in order to close this chapter fairly. I have written to them several times there do not respond, again same tactics to delay to frustate us also lapse time until we accumulate a higher amount.
