Membership **** at Planet Fitness

Planet fitness in Sterkland Pretoria based local branch is severely dishonest by all accounts. I requested to join a gym immediately we asked if I could use my partner's bank account for payment, there clarified to us that ,at no any stage shall Planet Fitness hold her legal liable for my membership at the gym.Actually the manager even phoned me to canvass us to join the gym ,he even enquired reasons why we did not come back to join ,I explained to him my dilemma of using American banking details he understood and assured us to join using my partners banking details. Now we have reached a point were my partner has served Planet Fitness a notice to withdraw using her banking details, she has asked Planet Fitness to put it writing, unfortunately Planet Fitness is resisting her request.

Myself I have terminated my membership with Planet Fitness, therefore all hell broke loose ,I argued about unfair delay tactics, when I terminated my membership, instead it took them almost a fortnight to write to me with a cancellation notice ,off which I had to respond to and acknowledge plus pay the cancellation that was on the 18 january 2019 there only sent an email on 28january 2019 ,cause there wanted to delay days thereafter hold me accountable, I refused to be conned and demanded answers. The amount started to accumulate stating that time has lapsed since 18 January but I telephoned them several since 18 January asking for a cancellation notice .

Now I am always challenging them to prove that did there send me email on time on the day I served a cancellation notice,there couldn't not prove that,which proves their ill intentions to dupe me.Now I am demanding justice from the public platform.
