Membership ****

A really *********** business that uses clients for money and never has the client's needs in mind. My account has been debited every month for the set subscription fee, but Planet fitness insists my account is in serious arrears before I can cancel the membership. I am being ****med by planet fitness, who failed to provide a full account statement when asked. It is unfair to treat people like this.

I will never recommend this facility to anyone I know, not even a stranger.
