Membership Refused
<p>After negotiating a rate on a years membership to Planet Fitness Craighall, the team there insist that I provide them with banking details and sign for an auto-renew on a contract. </p> <p>Considering that I am paying up front, I dont want to give them these details. I refused and they denied my membership.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its no wonder you're dwarfed by Virgin Active.</p>

It has been 5 days since the above message and I have not heard anything beyond the following email, also from 5 days ago:
Dear Blake
Thank you for contacting Planet Fitness.
This email serves to confirm that the query you logged on Hello Peter has been received and it has been escalated to Management to be dealt with accordingly as soon as we receive feedback one of our Sales Consultants will be in contact with you.

On 5 July I receieved communication from Planet Firness that my query has been closed, but I have not been contacted since the above. As such I am downgrading my rating to 1 star.
