Membership not cancelled as instructed

I sent an instruction to have my gym membership cancelled in September 2015 after I was knocked down by a car on the 08th of August and spent several days in ICU.<br> <br> I was not in a good condition and could not continue with my membership. I sent a letter from my doctor confirming this and later followed up on the cancellation and was told that is has been cancelled.<br> <br> Two days ago I got a text message saying that I owe R700 and my account has been handed over.<br> Please contact me so that we sort this out as I do not owe you anything. I was on a moth to month contract anyway.
