Membership fees

Once again we come to you with the terrible treatment we have experienced. This time Planet Fitness. They have **** to us constantly about the fees they will charge us and are not prepared to resolve the mess and distress they and their lying sales people have caused. They constantly promise to sort but never return phone calls or sort the problem. Hellopeter please help
