Membership Fee

I have been trying to get hold of a Manager of some sort since 2019. Planet Fitness has really gone out of their way to dissapoint me. There is no one to call you back with a serious accounts issue. This is the worst service I've seen in a very very long time. They can not be trusted with memebrship fees etc. No emails are being read and rep**** to , not one since 2019.
