MEMBERSHIP -FALSE ADVERTISING

I joined PF menlyn about 4 months ago, promotions were done outside of woolworths at the club close to waterkloof branch, this branch was not as yet open however i was told that when it did open that i could just get transferred. i have been struggling since as now they want to charge me almost 3 x the monthly membership fees. i live within walking distance from groenkloof and now have to travel to get to gym, i could of joined any other club, the club managers as well as head office have not dealt with this issue nor finalised anything, i want to be transferred at the same cost or full cancellation and refund back to me as this was false advertising
