membership

We have been trying for a week to cancel our membership. The customer service is terrible. We paid the cancellation fee and yet they refuse to take the debit order of my account. The service is absolutely terrible. It is a back and forth. If you want a gym that puts there customers first it is definitely not planet fitness.
