Membership contract

I only signed up for the gym because the sales person ''Sipho'' said I can cancel at any time as I explained to him that I do not have much time for the gym to my surprise 6 months later I call the call centre to cancel and he gave me a 24 months membership and when I asked for the contract the signature at the bottom is not even mine.
