Membership conflict

<p>The employees at planet fitness basically harassed me into taking a year membership, for which i paid the full amount once off. The year has passed (without going to the gym even once, for lack of enthusiasm with having to deal with those people again) they have now started taking a monthly membership fee from my account. I have tried through several methods to cancel the dreadful membership. Their responses have been slow, vague and ineffective. They fail to grasp the concept of successfully canceling a membership. My whole experience with Planet Fitness has been horrible from start to unending finish.</p>
