MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION HORROR!!!

I have been trying to cancel my since expired membership with Planet Fitness and they are refusing! As a matter of fact, they had the audacity to tell me I am in arrears by approximately R1100.00, however, they are willing to offer me a 50% discount! What ******* and nonsense is this?

I want my membership terminated immediately!
