Membership cancellation

I am disgusted and disappointed with this company. I have cancelled my contract on 15 April 2019 of which i have proof. They did not have the decency to acknowledge my mail and now claiming that they have not received it. I only picked up this year in February that my account are still being debited by an unknown company. I went to the bank to get clarity who is deducting and to my shock it was Planet Fitness but under a different name. This is bad practice and their clients are being deceived. I want every cent reversed that was ****** under pretence and **** name of which i had no benefit from.
