Membership cancelation request

Hi I have been trying to cancel a membership I took out early May 2019.the sales person who signed me up did not explain everything in detail and I was told black tag fees was a once off thing and additional costs to having my spouse g with me weren't explained at all. I have tried contacting your contact center, I was referred to the manager at the springs mall branch at that time. Noone has assisted and I think this has gone on for too long. Can I get help please
