Membership

I had a gym membership with Planet Fitness, for 36 months. I did not sign a new contract or in any way go to the gym after that 36 months. They are still deducting the monthly fee from my account. Customer services phoned me to cancel my gym membership, but only from this month. What about the other they deducted after I sent an cancellation letter?<br> The lady told me they will come back to me, after sending 4 or 5 emails, no one even responded to my mails?<br> <br> Is the service they give?<br> <br>
