MEGA CLUB WITH BAD SERVICE

Shower on the women's side broken , Sauna and steam room broken with no communication at all as to when will these start working its even worse with the sauna I'm sure its over a year now since it stopped working ,

Is it fair that we pay full gym fees for a gym that is not fully operational ???
