I have requested to cancel my membership. I was promised a lot upon signing by their Sales person. But what is being debited is not in agreement with what was discussed. When I tried to reach out to get assistance, I was not helped much. Now I have requested they cancel my membership but still I have received no response. I am have now resorted to email so that things are in writing, as opposed to face to face. Cause now it’s my word against the sales agent that assisted me
