For the last three years the air-conditioning at the above-mentioned gym was not functioning.

This issue was raised numerous times with staff and management not hesitating to lie to your face with stories that it will be repaired, it is currently being worked on or you might even get a shrug of the shoulders and be advised to contact head office.

These are just a few of the excuses we get and what is making it frustrating is that you get different stories from each individual you ask, on the same day. This problem also occurs with management as the gym manager will blame her superiors and when you request for them to contact you, you get no response or the issue gets sent back to the gym manager.

Eventually after years of struggle a senior did contact me to tell me the gym quite frankly does not have the funds to repair said aircon, this is despite agets staning outside the gym daily trying to recruit more members this after your company can not satisfy the members you have.

A few weeks ago the gym manager did contact me to say the aircon is being repaired and will be ready in a week. Two weeks later the aircon was in fact repaired.

Last night I went for a workout just to learn the aircon is once again broken.

This leaves me to wonder is this the service PF provides nation wide, are the seniors aware of one of their branches being poorly maintained or is it not a problem to them as they sit in an air conditioned offices, happy as long as the company turns a profit.

I am requesting to be put in contact with your complaints department, compliance or reporting boday as I am sure you must have being a juristic entity. If this query can not be answered in a timely manner I will be forced to follow a different avenue.
