Manager from hell!!! Wassima Swens in Bellville Just gym

I came to the gym with my 9 year old daughter and the guy at reception informed me that new rules suggest that children are not allowed at gym, this was new to as I would come with her at times, either way I requested to speak to the manager Wassima Swens, the guy went to call her and he came back saying that the manager (Wassima Swens) said she is on lunch and that she will only attend to that after lunch, I then went by her and she had a bad attitude, the way she spoke me clearly showed that she has zero customer service s****s.

I want this matter to be attended to as a lot of people always complained about her bad attitude.

I will follow up until this gets resolved.
