Management complaint

I'm at planet fitness Northmead, I don't like the attitude of the manager Cherozan Zana Daniels. She couldn't even wait for me and my son to go inside. She came to me and asked if my son has a tag and I answered her and so no and I told her I don't have money for the tag. What made me furious is he went to my son and didn't come to me and ask for my name. I went to her and asked why is she going to my son and asked for my name because I'm the one who's paying for the membership not my 12 year old son. She even said to me I can leave the gym, she doesn't care even if I can write on hello Peter. Is this how they should treat their clients? This is not the first incident with her.
