I find it completely unacceptable that other departments mess up with regards to your Debit Order or Contract and the Poor Customer care consultants are left to bare the brunt of the situation.

I would like to thank the Consultants who I have Spoken to today, unfortunately due to to my frustrations I did not record your names. You have been kind and helpful and returned my calls when promised, as for your supervisors I can not say the same.

If someone of authority could get back to me that would be great, but I suppose you are all already on your way home to enjoy the weekend.

So many complaints for this month alone, and no responses, yet if My debit order were to bounce I would have someone calling me within the hour.
