making their own new rules /forget the contract

Service! what is that? send them e-mail regarding my contract that I have since 2001 when gym opened and we had a contract for the whole family and could transfer to any one of the family members if we do not want to go anymore. Now they are just taken of everybody because that is now the new company rules. What can you do???? your hands is tied because you don't have the money to fight them on this.
