MAKING PEOPLE SING FOR THEIR MONEY

In January this year I had signed up with the gym however I was not to impressed as the gym equipment did not meet my training expectations and I had decided to relocate from PMB to take up my studies in a different province therefore three days after signing up I went into the gym to cancel however I was advised by the consultant,Pink Dumakude that I should email head office who would assist me and cancel my contract. When I called *** Pauline had assisted me and guaranteed me that my contract was cancelled and I would be refunded within 15 days as per clause7 in their contract. It is now almost 6 months and I still did not receive my refund, I understand it is not anyones problem on how I live my life but in this case one needs to be considerate that I am a student so for me it is a lot of hard earned money that I desperately need. I have spent a lot of my airtime calling though the *** number yet everytime I am told the money will be deposited yet it is not, who is going to reimburse me for my airtime and all my petrol that I keep wasting driving up and down to the gym? Please read clause 7 in your contract and stick to what you promise people. I WANT MY MONEY!!!
