Maintenance and unprofessionalism

Planet fitness waterfall need to get their house in order before it’s too late. The stuff there is very unprofessional may be they think they are there to just chill, the steam room hasn’t worked for over a month in winter when we need it the most. They only care about bringing in new customers but don’t care about retaining the once they because the contract is signed already.
