Lynwood Sales Manager unmannered staff

Planet Fitness Lynwood Bridge has a terrible sales manager who had no respect and refused to even bother assisting me. I was a member and an employee to Planet Fitness before. They had a special offering a week free on the club, not stating this is not for people who were employed before or were members before. But this sales manager takes the cake at being a real *****. No manners, no consideration and rude to the limit. I have always known that planet fitness runs there system like **** and I was witness to it, but to see how they have changed with sales staff that turn you down like you are a piece of ****. I will report this to the head office as well to Lizel Bosh or to their sales manager regional. This is the last time this club will treat me like this.
