Lost items donated within 3 days😱

I forgot my toilet bag at the Gym on Friday 26th of September I went there today morning 30 sept and the guy at reception says the toiletry bag was donated to a charity house yesterday. Bokang, the guy at reception said it is their process to keep lost items for 7 days and they are donated after 7 days of not claimed. It is has only been 3 days and my bag has already been donated. I want my bag and everything that was inside! 7 days is not even sufficient, they should keep out lost items for atleast 3 months. I waited for a superior for about 15 minutes and eventually left. I want my toiletry bag with everything that was inside.
