Lockdown hours. But full premium

Good day I am utterly disappointed in headoffice's schedule for PF Vanderbijlpark again. And you have once again miscommunicated the opening times to us. The opening hours on a Sunday is NOT 7am. We have been sitting here since just before 7am and the banner inside the gym clearly states 8am till 2pm. This email and your link states 7am till 4pm on weekends....

Once again, what a waste of valuable time. Just like when this branch opened 05:30am instead of 05:00am...

Really? What makes this branch different? We are paying a FULL PREMIUM PER MONTH BUT FOR SOME REASON YOU FIND IT ACCEPTABLE TO LIMIT OUR TIME MORE THAN NECESSARY!!!!
