Lies, No interesest after you sign on the dotted line

After signing on lots of promises of benefits, discounts and great service, i have had nothing but **** service! deducted money before they were supposed to, still no tags to qualify for the wonderful benefits so ultimately you are in breach of contract. No answers to my emails and lies from staff. they can't all keep their stories straight so each person you speak to gives you a different answer and ongoing excuses of "our systems are still down" for 2 1/2 weeks. What corporate company would tolerate such bad service from their IT providers...
