Lies Lies Lies!

Planet fitness in Hammanskraal when doing their pre-sales for the new gym opening up - we were informed that gym times vary and the gym closes at 21:00 in the evenings which is quite convenient for me as I work in Centurion and as such took up two contracts for myself and my mother. I walk into the gym on Friday at 19:15 and I'm now being todl that the gym closed at 19:00 I speak to th manager Pontsho and get told that I should come on Monday and cancel the my contract. I feel this is complete misinformation for them to get clients and now the agreement made is not being upheld to. We weren't even informed of these changes via SMS and now we are told that these would change as per their discretion however notice is to be given 30 days in advance of any changes made to any contract with a supplier. This truely is dissapointing and distasteful as this contract is with Planet Fitness a well reputable company now that we are based in Hammanskraal they feel that they can do as they please having contractual agreements with people. I feel that is very *********, bad business practice and theft of monies of people misinformed for their own gain.
