Lies and deceit at Planet Fitness Montana

I wanted to rejoin Planet Fitness on 11th of March and saw Manny the Sales representative who assured me with the Doctors letter from my Neurologist stating I was fit for exercise there will be no problem rejoining. The Club Manager Henmar however decided differently the next day.

I said fine, I can see the reason my contract was being rejected was not medical but personal so at least give me my money back. He said it would be paid back within 7 working days. This was a lie! I followed up with both Manny and with him several times.

On Saturday the 15th I went to the gym and spoke to Dewald (the Manager on duty) who told me that he can personally assure me that payment has been made on the previous day and will reflect soon.

He said to me I should ask for him if I had any problems on Monday with the payment. I phoned first thing Monday as no payment was made into my account and the first thing they said to me was that Dewald was on leave. I phoned Head Office who told me no payment request has been made for this account, I have been **** to from day 1
