Promised 1 month free by sales advisor Ariel and the club manager when signing up, debit order ran the very next day, queried it with club manager and sales consultant on the 3rd day, he said he would process it and WhatsApp me later that day still nothing, went to customer service and they can't help me,thus far he's done nothing and the club manager isn't interested in assisting, what a poor start to joining a gym, lodging a CPA complaint of being missold
