Lieing planet fitness customer service center

Planet fitness customer service (call centre) gives you false information about the cancellation of membership to give your money back, we have struggled getting your money back from them since the 10th of October, they keep on telling us that they will refund us on every Friday since the 10th of October till today the 7th November we have spoken to different cunsaltants and everyone said different lies. The branch manager confirmed after spoken himself to the cunsaltant thobogo that our money will be paid in by Friday so now we will wait and see, if it does not happen I will go back to planet fitness and leave with a bigger complain. The amount that they have to pay back is a shameful R225. 00
