***** and *******!

If you are ever thinking of joining planet fitness, DONT! ***** AND *******. I've only had 2 months of debit orders going off and already they have taken more than double the amount I should pay. Thus month they took 3 different amounts on 3 different days. They gave debited my account 5 times already. It's supposed to be a straight forward once a month deduction. And it's supposed to be the amount I signed for. When I enquired I got some story about PF std rules and regulations. I was told it was in the contract. When I requested the contract I was told by Kenny it's kept at head office. When I went back on a Saturday evening the lady on shift instantly printed a copy for me. Why lie if it's "in the contract". I then thoroughly went through the contract and nowhere in the contract does it state I agreed to random debit orders on random dates for random amounts. PF is fully in breach of contract! This month alone they took over R264 MORE than I signed for. Last month I had to pay R220 extra!!! Plus, they give you a card for a free bag if you go x amount of times.... When I wanted my bag there were all sorts of excuses. I am definitely reporting this to who ever I can. I hope people read this before signing up with planet fitness. I hope you save yourself the trouble, frustration and money they *****
