levy or seevice fee query

I joined planet in June 2015 and the consultants just told me about my gym fee and didnt explain that december the would be an additional R300 i have to pay in December, i got an Sms 2 days before the deduction that we have to pay a levy so i didnt undestand and thought it only app**** to people with medical aid so i paid no attention and money was deducted. I called the gym to ask them and they said i signed for it and i said no i did not and they said it reflected on my contract and i told them that it wasnt explained to me, i called the consultant and he said i should have called them when i received the Sms because now it already done so i reversed the money and continued going to the gym but in Jan i was told i cant Coz i owed the gym money, i called their call centre and they didnt help me still so i reversed the monthly fee, and now fearing that i will get blacklisted i contacted the call centre again for assistance but they havent gotten back to me
