Absolutely terrible service I cancelled both my wife's and my cantract Sept 2021 only to realize that I have been debited for the last year on my wifes contract cause the cancelation was never loaded, even after I followed up 3 times and was assured that it would be, I would recommend the if you are looking to get a gym contract rather go to makro and buy the equipment it is gonna be much cheaper in the long run and no one will legally ***** your money and hide behind a administration error
