LEFT TWO YEARS AGO AND TODAGLY THEY TAKE MY MONEY?????

I left planet fitness almost two years ago and today i see they debited my account??? I tried to call the call centre no surprise to the lack of customer service seeing as they dont answer their phones and let me hang on for five minutes. I have not been a memeber since 2018 and now you randomly *****ing my money????? Wht kind of ******* is this??? Please explain yourselves and how you can be doing this to people??? Are you debiting my account for other usera of the gym??? I would appreciate some clarity from your company immediately.
