Leaking overhead sewerage pipe

I have noticed a leaking sewerage pipe. The sewerage pipe is bolted to the ceiling near the squat rack

This is a serious health issue at least conceal the pipes so the sewerage does not leak onto those whose are training which has happened to me

How can such pipes be attached to the cieling of a public area and not be concealed?

Is planet fitness concerned about the well being of there members?
