Laughing at a Simple Question

So I joined you guys yesterday, I currently live in centurion. Where I have been the last few months as I cannot get home to Meyerton and back daily due to transport. So I thought to join a gym here and you guys came highly recommended. So I joined, not knowing that I would get a lift club to Meyerton. But guess what I did, And I called to ask a question and Eugene answered the phone, I also told him what happened and to ask do you have a gym in Meyerton or Vaal 3 hoek. Cause I'm moving back, he then laughed at me told me Oh you didn't know this yesterday. When I told him I found it offensive that he laughed at me as I was asking he told me that people need a sense of humor.. This is not funny. I feel **** cause I joined you guys as I wanted to not to just cancel. Yes it is sad that I have to now Cancel with you as you do not have a branch and what makes it worse he makes me feel like I did this deliberately. Who gives him the right... I cancelled my reference is PF***. I even feel guilty to take the money I paid yesterday... But you know I hope that those calls were recorded, so they can hear the arrogance of a person when someone asks something simple.
