Wanted to try Planet Fitness- they have a 7-day free trial. So I chatted with a sales consultant who refused to give me the 7-day trial and said I should join then if I cancel in 5 days I will be refunded. So I cancelled and someone called me from the call centre and said I would be refunded in 15 working days. I have tried calling and can't get through to the call centre as the number is unobtainable! I have tried emailing and the automated response says 72 hours and guess what!? Weeks later still no response!!! Planet fitness falsely advertises this 7-day free trial and then avoids having to refund you!! Disgusting service. They don't deserve even 1 star
