Lack proffessionalism

I have been a memeber of plant fitness just Gym since it opened last year. I overlooked certain things because it was still a new gym and new staff. But almost a year later the service that i receive from the staff keeps on getting worse. If it not the showers not having hot water, its the bad attitude from staff. One thing i must give credit to is the condition of the equpment. We have had good instructors come and go. Now out of all the staff members employed only to are good n giving classes. If the 2 are not there its chaos. Some days classes start late and the instructor will come and not apologise just carry with the class. No one will ever give you a straight answer. I would appreciate it if the current instructors get proper training or new proffesional one get employed. Every month I honour my contract with Planet fitness by paying my membership fee and i would appreciate it if they did the same by providing quality service.
