Lack of service

I settled the money I was owing with the attorneys, and even sent them the proof of payment. I was then called again during the month of October by Planet Fitness that I am still owing, and I explained to them that I settled and closed my account/ membership. I even sent Mbali Sibisi my proof of payment on the 27th of October 2023. A month after that I am now being debited R299 every month by Planet Fitness, and I don't even know what it is for, and it is making me to incurr unnecessary bank charges and the debit orders keep returning. Can I please be assisted with the cancellation of the debit order that keeps on going off my account.
