Lack of Service

On the 5 of June 2021, I was attending Planet Fitness Olympus, and whiles I was busy doing my workout someone broke into( the lock was broken open and my belongings were in the bathroom in a locked locker) my locker, once I have notified the person in charge, the help and the response which I received was truly shocking, as their reply to me was SIr, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you. So now my concern is why have lockers in the bathrooms whit a sign saying "there is a service camera watching your belongings
