lack of management and communication of contract,child assaulted at a gym

<p>my husband took out a gym membership for R199 p/m and he asked about ant small print and told there were no catches! He was in an accident and could not gym for 3months and all of a sudden we were paying in an excess of R700p/m for both of us! We went into the branch to enquire about the contract and were told we need a dr's certificate to get the contract reviewed. We explained the was no communication of the arrangement and it was 'he said, you said' situation and we are still paying over R700p/m for a gym membership we cant use! To add fuel to the fire my child was assaulted in the 'child minder' section were there were people who are supposed to be keeping an eye on the children. This is a nightmare I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. This gym is a boiling pot of disaster!!!!!!</p>
