Lack of customer service from Planet Fitness

I have been a very loyal member with Planet Fitness for 7 years. This year due to Covid I decided to cancel my contract and WOW what a mission it has been. I have sent mails and tried phoning. I did receive a cancellation fee but a few days later by debit order went off I therefore KNOW it should change that is why I have been requesting a NEW cancellation fee. I still have gotten NO response to any of my emails. In 4 days the debit orders are due again and I honestly am so shocked at the level of customer service Planet fitness gives. I have never been so ignored by a company before and it is not for a lack of trying from my side. When I do want to open a gym contract again planet fitness will NOT be an option.
